We’re about 10 minutes from both downtown Copperhill and Ducktown, and 30 minutes from Blue Ridge, Georgia. The region features some of the best hiking, rafting, fishing, and outdoor recreation opportunities of the Southeast.

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We provide detailed arrival instructions before your stay to make the check-in process simple and stress-free. If you need to arrive later in the evening, no problem—our self-check-in process allows you to arrive at your convenience after check-in time.

Our treehouses are intentionally spaced to provide privacy while still allowing groups to rent multiple units together. Most treehouses are approximately 30–50 yards apart, with surrounding trees and natural landscaping helping create a peaceful and secluded atmosphere. While you may occasionally see another guest walking through the property, each treehouse has its own private outdoor space, fire pit, and unique setting within the forest.

Take a look at the treehouse map below for the layout of our treehouse area.

Each treehouse is set up a little different.

  • The Rubicon features a private full bathroom and shower inside the treehouse.
  • The Stamish Castle includes a private half bathroom inside the treehouse and access to the nearby bathhouse for showers and an additional restroom.
  • La Paz includes a private half bathroom located on the entrance platform of the treehouse (across the bridge from the main treehouse). La Paz guests have access to the nearby bathhouse for showers and an additional bathroom.
  • The Dreamweaver has access to a bathroom and shower at the bathhouse.

Our climate-controlled bathhouse is located a short walk from the treehouses and features four private rooms, plus our office. Two rooms are single showers, and two rooms are half bathrooms.  The bathhouse is a shared facility and stocked with everything you might need. It is fully climate controlled for year-round comfort. The bathhouse is cleaned after guest use.

Guests can enjoy exploring local restaurants, breweries, shopping, wineries, outdoor recreation, and seasonal events throughout the region. Downtown Copperhill/McCaysville and Blue Ridge are especially popular for its vibrant downtown area, scenic railway, and local shops.
